Q. Is it safe to
order on your on-line shop?
A. Yes, we use PayPal as
our shop. PayPal is very safe and is the same payment
facility EBay uses.
Q. How are items
posted/shipped?
A. For heavy orders
such as stationery and albums we use City Link. For all other
items we use Royal Mail Signed For Service or Special Delivery
depending on the cost of the item. Items require a signature
so a work address might be more convenient.
Q. Can I change
my delivery address?
A. Yes, simply email it
to us.
Q. I do not want
to use PayPal can I post a cheque?
A. Yes, simply email us
the details and we will tell you the amount and where to post
the cheque to.
Q. Do you take
credit cards?
A. Not directly, only
through PayPal payment.
Q. Do you ship to
America?
A. Yes we can ship
worldwide, please email us details of your order so we can
check postage rates prior to ordering.
Q. Are envelopes
included in the cost of your cards?
A. Yes all cards are
supplied with high quality white envelopes as standard. Cream
envelopes are available at a cost of 10p each.
Q. Is there any
writing inside the personalised thank you cards?
A. No these cards have
a blank insert page for your own message.
Q. What if I need
extra invitations or place settings?
A. We can make up extra
items and dispatch immediately. These items will be added to
your final bill.
Q. What if I like
two designs?
A. We have done a
number of weddings with mixed designs. Please discuss your
ideas with us.
Q. Can I have my
invitations on cream card with brown mulberry?
A. Yes, most of our
designs can be altered to suit your taste. Let us know what
colours you like when ordering samples.
Q. Can I order my
invitations early?
A. Yes, you can order
your invitations at any time and secure your date by paying a
£50 deposit.
Q. I need my
invitations urgently, can you help?
A. Yes, I offer an
express service which costs £15 extra but I aim to turn orders
around in two weeks or less. Please contact me on 028 91

Q. I have
ordered samples on your website last week but I have not
received them.
A. I aim to dispatch
all samples and thank you cards as soon as possible but in
busy times it can take up to 10 wording days. If you need your
samples or thank you cards urgently please contact me on 028
91 461569 before ordering to ensure I can make your order on
time.
Q. What if my
order gets lost in the post?
A. All thank you
cards are sent using First Class Royal Mail signed for
service. If card do go missing I will remake the cards for you
and claim the amount back from the post office.
Q. Can I have my
stationery delivered to work?
A. Yes, most
stationery orders are shipped using City Link and they need to
be signed for any time from
8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Please
ensure you provide an address to facilitate this. When your
order is ready I will contact you to ensure you know it is
coming and to confirm a delivery address.
Q. I need 15
extra thank you cards but I got married a month ago?
A. That is fine, I
can provide extra items at any stage.
Q. Does your
invitation price include printing and an envelope?
A. Yes, the price of
my invitations includes wording and a high quality white
envelope. Cream envelopes are 10p each extra and I can also
print guests names within the invitation and the cost of this
is 10p per invite. |
