Something Special was a family run business from 2005 to 2008 when Louisa left due to family commitments.  Nicola now runs the business full time and has over 7 years experience making wedding stationery so there is nothing she has not done.

Prior to the stationery business Nicola was making cards for many years and have always been interested in crafts, everything from sewing to glass painting.  The sisters spent a whole year researching the area of wedding stationery, making contacts in the industry, designing our initial range and building our website. 

Nicola believes that she can provide you with an excellence service as she is  so enthusiastic about cards and wedding stationery.  She is constantly looking for new ideas and craft products to make our stationery better and she loves looking at bridal magazines and websites.   

As sisters the business was set up with complementary artistic flare and the close relationship meant the best foundation.   Nicola hopes the current range has something to suit every bride and her bespoke service enables her to make your dreams into card creations.
